Not a Good Day

I had mediation for 4 hours yesterday!!! Needless to say I walked away unhappy and $350 lighter. We did end up signing papers but I hate the agreement. I just can't afford to take it to court & I was also told that going to court would probably be about $20,000 and the judge would just tell me that we would have to go with the custody evaluator's recommendation anyway. Stupid evaluator doesn't even know my kids, met with them a couple of times and has the right to decide how they should spend their time. So, we have joint custody, physical & legal, and the girls have to go back and forth during the summer. They have to spend every other Wednesday night at their dad's house. I HATE THIS!! This stupid arrangement is not going to be any good for them. They still get confused about the weekends let alone mixing it up more. I just want to go somewhere and scream. Think that will be something I do this weekend. I'll just drive up Squaw Peak and scream the living daylights out of myself as loud as I can.
