Trip to the Library

Emily had a homework assignment to go to the library and pick out a book then bring it to school tomorrow and tell about it. So..that began out journey to the library. Now, for those of you that know me well you know that taking Em anywhere can be a challenge let alone a place where there is no running and loud discussion. So, needless to say, I was was WORRIED! She did awesome. The first thing I made sure of was to find her a book that would catch her interest, ya know, keep her busy. We went right for dinosaurs, of course. She was thrilled. We spent an entire hour there and I only had to remind her that we need to keep our voice down a couple of times. I've never been one of those people that go to the library and leave with sacks but this trip we managed to leave with at least 20 books. It was lots of fun. I love spending time with my girls.
