Christmas!

Ohh Christmas is over and its back to work. :( Hope that you all had a great Christmas. It was pretty funny because Christmas Eve Emily would not go to sleep. She kept asking why Santa couldn't come unless she was asleep and why she couldn't see him when she had met him at several different parties. Finally, at about 11:30 she went to sleep. The next morning, bright and early, I heard the most excited little girl telling me to wake up because it was Christmas and Santa had been there. Suprisingly Alessandra wasn't awake and moving yet. She kinda mosied out of bed and once her sister told her that Santa had been there they darted up the stairs to see what Santa had brought. We had brunch at 10:30 and had family stop by for my mom's birthday and Christmas. We got to visit and enjoy being with one another. The hardest part was having to take the girls over to their dad's house. I used the time to visit my friend Wendy, she got Rock Band for the Wii for Christmas so we rocked the house and ate eggnog cookies that her mom had made. They were delicious!! So, all and all it was a good Christmas.
