Chocolate..Chocolate..Chocolate

Ok. So, I'm sort of on a journey to find out about my likes and dislikes. I've felt like sort of half a person for so long that I'm trying to take a proactive approach to things. This past Wednesday I took a chocolate class and I had a BLAST!! I learned all sorts of things about chocolate types and how its made. Amazingly there is this whole chocolate culture world. If that makes sense. There is an Academy of Chocolate, and they have judgings, its like a whole other world. Here's a little tidbit of info....apparantly Switzerland is not the leader in the chocolate industry, France is, well they had the best bar til a company from Italy beat them out just recently. Best of all we got to have a chocolate tasting where I discovered some new chocolate that I absolutely love. It was fabulous!! I can't wait to take another class.
