Halloween Fun!!

Wow! This past week and a half has been a crazy busy week for Halloween. On Saturday I took the girls to a Halloween costume party for my friend Wendy's boy, Nick. On Monday night I made homemade mac n'cheese and we carved pumpkins. Tuesday night we went to the ward Halloween Party. I didn't think that I would have fun at that considering I haven't stepped inside a church in years and I felt a bit awkward but...it all turned out pretty good. It was really neat to see some of the costumes that people came up with. I think one of the best ones was...one of the pregnant ladies in the ward is pregnant and she put on a yellow shirt under a white sheet and cut a hole in the front center so you could see the yellow, so she was eggs and her husband was bacon. It was really cute. Tonight I get a bit of a break but Thursday am planning on taking the girls through the haunted car wash after work. I'm going to be all Halloweened out til next year. :)
