I got the both of the girls scooters for their birthdays and they just love them. Alessandra has started jumping with her scooter. She actually gets going pretty fast on it. I always worry that she is going to turn a corner too fast and wipe out. She has fallen a couple of times but usually just gets right back up and keeps going. Sometimes I can't get over how much she has grown up.
Emily's scooter has the Disney Princesses on it. Nothing else for my little princess. :) It has a basket on the front and she refuses to ride it unless she has some stuffed animal of sorts in there. She gets going to but not quite as fast as her sister. I have attempted to take them on walks with me while they are on their scooters and I walk but the last two experiences have not turned out quite so well. We still have a good time though.
Here are some pictures of us roasting marshmellows. The girls like to roast them but not neccessarily eat the roasted ones. Alessandra won't eat it unless there is chocolate and graham crackers to go with it and I think Emily just likes roasting it and then eating the nonroasted ones. We went over to my friend Wendy's house, she has a fire pit, and roasted marshmellows the other night and I think the girls had more fun just throwing the marshmellows into the fire.
