Out of the Loop - Please define it for me

So I have been out of the loop lately because I have been super busy and am still super busy and haven't had much time to blog but there are soo many things that I wish to share so soon I will have a bunch...just need to find the time.

I mainly wanted to post this because I am looking for opinions...not only from girls but from men as well, so all you ladies get your boyfriend, husband, lover, manfriend, brother, whoever to weigh in. I want to know what people think the word "LOVE" defines. What does that word mean to you? Especially when in a relationship with somebody. Mainly because I think we all understand what parental love and friendly love is but so many times in relationships I feel that the phrase "I love you" is so loosely used that I wonder if it really holds any true meaning anymore. When your partner tells you that they love you, what do you hear?
